This policy explains what personal information we collect when you join our VIP waitlist, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are an independent brand currently in pre-launch, and the only information we collect right now is what you voluntarily give us through our waitlist form.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the site. It may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device, and referring source. This helps us understand what's working; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser or use a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics.

We keep your waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described above. When you unsubscribe, we remove you from our active mailing list.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and our providers maintain their own security safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as House of Velvet grows (for example, when we launch our store). We'll change the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here.
